Once Upon a Time

Just watched the 1st episode of this and was blown away......SPOILER:
Fairytale characters are banished to our world by the wicked queen with only snow whites daughter escaping to fullfill the prophecy of Rumplestiltskin (a creepy Robert Carlisle)....Lavishly set, beautifully mixing the fantasy world with a similar wonder from the kid as he hits boston for the 1st time..score is perfect and all in all (while maybe being a little scary in places) this could be the family show of the season
Do check it out I dont think you will be dissapointed

Well episode 4 was magnificent again, Carlisle really is revelling in the character, the mix of modern and fantasy works amazingly well and this is my new show of the season......absolutely loving it.

Have now watched all 7 episodes, quite enjoyed it really.
A very silly idea, but entertaining enough.

Very watchable fluff! It's filling the gap Ordinary Family left.

Episode 12, and it's getting more and more interesting! Though at times I do wonder if the team behind V did all the CGI sets, but I can understand why they need to use them (it would take a lot of location shooting on top of CGI work even if they used real ones) unlike V which had the same poorly done ones week in week out.

SPOILER:
Rumplestiltskin vs the Evil Queen is becoming much more interesting, rather than the previously hinted at rivalry. Nice to know now what we probably all suspected, that he was immune to her curse. I think Robert Carlisle was an inspired choice for the role.

Space Paranoids! I guess they squeezed this fictional handheld in (what is that port on the back, looks like parallel to me, very odd!) with the game because the creators of the series wrote Tron: Legacy.

A good end to an enjoyable series I thought.

SPOILER:
I'm glad they broke the curse, so everyone knows about where they came from, and Emma believes. Was afraid they'd wimp out and drag it on for another season. As it stands, a new season with magic in our world has possibilities at least!
