This seems like the act of a desperate man, Personally I felt Khan didn't do enough during the fight and the decision was right.

I agree with you completely.
He's a terrible loser.
He should be charged as he has accused all of the judges of corruption, as even if the scorecards were "tampered with" from the originals, the judges would know what they scored the fight, so they would obviously be in on it aswell.
He's also accused the ref of being incompetent and effectively in on it aswell.
What he doesn't seem to accept is that the majority of people felt he lost the fight.
Even though it was disgraceful his after fight interview and comments, you could slightly forgive for being in the heat of the moment etc, but now it's just getting embarrassing that he keeps on dragging it out and keeping his corruption claims going.

We have just looked at scorecards from the judges.
The judges were unanimous in all but 3 rounds.
2 of those rounds were rounds 10 and 11 when the Puerto Rican judge (who had Khan winning by 5 rounds after points deducted aswell) score Khan to have won.
Khan was just running around the ring in the late stage of the fight trying to get away from Peterson.
I would be more concerned about his scorecard!

Have no interest whatsoever in boxing but caught them talking about this on Sky News. Seems the issue is about the appearance of a hatted man who appears to be influencing the one of the judges, the one with the changed scorecard oddly enough. No one seems to know who he is or what his role is but he's clearly having some sort of discussion with the judge and the latter appears to make a correction based on what he's told.
The opinion of Chris Skudder (I think that's what he's called) is that it may well be nothing but that Amir is at least right to call attention to it as apparently no one is supposed to interact with the judges when they are scoring a fight.

Looking at the scoring, doesn't it appear that if there was any dodgyness it would be to get Khan a win? Or am I reading and understanding the score card and accusations wrong.

Quote:
"Acting under its authority pursuant to WBA Rule C.26, the WBA concluded that the bout's outcome was impacted by referee Joseph Cooper's questionable failure to credit Khan with a knockdown in round one and his questionable decisions to deduct points from Khan in rounds seven and 12. "As further cause to order the rematch, the WBA also pointed to Mr Ameen's apparent intrusion into the scoring process as well as possible discrepancies between the score sheets of the two sanctioning organizations and the local athletic commission.
"In its resolution mandating the rematch, the WBA went out of its way to note that, under normal circumstances, it would not disturb the discretionary function of a referee.
"However, in this case, because of the multiple irregularities, it was necessary for it to order the rematch."Hopefully in a neutral country
