I'm sticking to just the Premier League this year, as more people got involved last year (as seemed to have died off a bit in recent years).
We've done the "head to head" leagues though this year for the ones we're putting money on.
Rather than who gets the most points over the season, it does fixtures each week with people from the league and it's whoever gets the most points between the two get's a win and points that way.
Bit different, but also good craic and mixes it up a bit.

Blimey it is.
I've heavily neglected mine this season, mainly because they used to email me every week reminding me to check it, but this season most of those emails never arrived for some reason. Maybe it got turned off. 
So whatever points I do have, are from having RVP in my team and as captain the whole year.
