Yeah, yeah I know, should really be Germany vs England... anyway, here is the thread!

I think we have a good chance, just need Rooney to find his shooting boots and Lampard to do something worthy of the shirt and we're there. Oh and Barry to be less crap.

The frenchies and Itai's pack their bags and go home early...

I used to be with it, but then they changed what 'it' was.
Now, what I'm with isn't it, and what's 'it' seems weird and scary

Er...

Goodness gracious me.

Anyway, I shall be at the Hard Rock Calling where they are going to be showing the match without sound on one of the screens during Elvis Costello (and following that some of Crowded House).

Hopefully we'll do better than 4 years ago when I was watching it whilst listening to Texas and Starsailor!

Can not believe that goal wasn't allowed.

Could any football fans explain to this rugby fan why the hell you don't have some sort of replay system for goals like that? What a load of rubbish. It seems that everyone saw it clearly apart from the officials. With the amount of money in the sport I'm astonished that there's no technological analysis available for 'close' calls (not that this is an example of close).

If you look back you will see I have always called for video replays, but a few on this site come up with the most pathetic excuses as to why not. They may well rue there past thoughts.

Unfortunately that one goal appears to make no difference at this point. Might have helped with the confidence, but isn't going to change the result I don't think.
