You'd have to pay me £10 to sit and watch a WC game at home, never mind attend one in person.
It certainly rivals the Olympics as an event I'll ignore completely.

Watching England play over the last few years has been incredibly painful, I've given up watching qualifiers, after giving up watching friendlies before.

I'll still watch the World Cup games though, until we inevitably get knocked out. But every win will be a suprise.
