Competent
I ordered a chair from this company in September and it never arrived.
I have phoned them on their rip off 0871 number and told them no less than 8 times I never received the item. They must have made over a tenner from me just from all the times they never put me through.
Today these jokers send me an invoice with £20 admin fees and £3.12 service charge plus APR of £18.33!
Daylight robbery I wont be paying them a penny, how can a company do such cr@p and get away with it. Googling said company seems to bring up the same tactics they use on a lot of their other customers.
Does anyone know where I stand in this matter if I refuse to pay them?

I too have just been ripped off by 24studio....
I placed an order weeks & weeks ago....they always ask if they can interset you in a few other items that are on offer...
I reluctantly agreed to have a few other bits (wrapping paper, cards etc...)
my order never arrived (but the bits they offered did...!)
I phoned many many times ..(always on hold whilst being charged...for over 10 mins at a time!!!!) asking the whereabouts of my order...
the reply ...(if ever they finally answered...was, "its in transit...should be with you soon")
My items never did arrive...despite many phone calls & email ....
In the end , I decided to cancel the order..and buy elsewhere......however, (the catch)
I have to return the bits (offered at the time of ordering) at my expense !!!!! (as obviously the rip off calls wern't enough to infuriate me......and all MY time wasted chasing the order !! )....if I refuse to pay the return postage charges, then I have to still pay for these measly bits AND £5 postage charges on top !!!!
I WAS a good customer, I always ordered lots from them, ALWAYS payed on time ........
