CD Wow really slow service

I ordered a dvd from cd wow 3 weeks ago and it still has not turned up.

They took the money within 48 hours and have now stuck 'preorder' on my order. It is not a preorder. Usual no replies to my emails, they really are proving to be a shambles.

I think they may be having problems with order payments thanks to the BPI trying (succeeding?) to get the company's assets frozen.

Sadly cdwow are utter crap now. My order has been held for over 5 weeks. No reply to emails.

Only reason I have not issued a chargeback is because I used my £2.00 voucher.

Me too - 4400 Season 3 ordered about 3 weeks ago - no sign of it. When trying to send an enquiry just keep getting " The server at www6.cd-wow.com is taking too long to respond."
Also noticed their contact address is in Cyprus
