Is it your first order?
My first took a month, after that it was more like 10 days to two weeks which by international surface mail is acceptable to me, especially if the overall price is low.
Have used them sometimes since the credit card fiasco and have regained my confidence in them now.

I'll give CD Wow a go.

You certainly get some stubborn people on these forums who insist DVD Pacific are flawless no matter how many times you tell them they did not provide and good service for you.

It wouldn't surprise me if they worked for them.

I once recieved an item from CD Wow that took them 3 days! Don't know how they managed to ship it so fast considering they are based in Hong Kong.

There does appear to be a forum member on these boards who seems obsessed with plugging dvd pacific at every opportunity he can get. Why doesn't he just pay for a banner like all the other advertisers? 8)
