Probably can`t do this, but worth an ask

Probably can't help me, but I thougt it was worth an ask...I've just found some photos of my dad and nan, both of whom have since passed away.  It looks like I was shaking when I took the photos, and they are almost like a double exposure in some places, all on the PC, and not taken with a very high quality camera.

Is there any way I could "fix" them so they look like they should have done?

Right this moment? No. But very soon so hold on to them (well you would anyway but expect to improve them in the near future)!
