Is it just me or are they all of something negative excluding the last one of the boy high-fiving the soldier?
They all seem to be detrimental to the person(s) or locations pictured.
I appreciate they are all great images but surely there has to be more positive pictures out there that could be in the top 45 of an "iconic" list...?

Yes there is a lot of negative there. Has it been a good year though? I mean personally I've had fun but worldwide recession and all that.

I liked 18 best, thats a pretty cool photo.
Don't really see why 41 is supposed to be iconic to be hoenst...maybe thats just me though! And I have to agree with Jimbo, there's been a lot of bad things this year, but lots of good things too, maybe it would've been nice to have a few more happy things included in the list?
