Blocking re directs with firefox?

Hello,

I use a few sites that have annoying redirects to advertisments....is there a working plugin that stops this?

When i use Chrome or Opera on these same sites, i don't get redirected.

Any help appreciated.

Cheers.

Doesn't the NoScript add-on do this?

I think noScript blocks too much....looking for something simpler.

The redirects i am on about is when i go to a website then a few seconds later i get directed to an advertisment page with the option to continue to where i was

Thanks for the reply.

I get that sometimes, bloody annoying, I don't even think it is intentional by the site owners. Not sure there is much you can do other than disable javascript for those sites only. Does NoScript have a default On with the ability to allow exceptions for specific sites?
