Except when you have a problem you often have the ISP saying there's a problem with the line and it's not their issue.  Then BT say the line's fine and the ISP have a problem etc...
And the big one of course that the biggest variable of all is speed is how close you get to the advertised 'up to ' speed... varying depending on how close to the exchange you live....  no such issues with cable.

Hi sj,

after entering thre post code, it seems as if its loading, but remains a blank page. I do not know what I have do on my computer to enable for me to see the page. It is on VISTA.

Don't know mate. Are you running no script or some other addon? I assume the page is using java so could be blocked/not installed/not up to date?
