Email retrieval???

Today I (hurriedly) set up MS Outlook and it download all the Inbox from my email server (BT Yahoo).

Is there anyway of restoring the emails to my BT Yahoo inbox as I forgot to tick the "Leave a copy on my server" option?

Can't you create a PST, drop the required e-mails into it, then copy the PST file to the intended machine & copy the e-mails out of there into your normal inbox.

Alternatively forward them to yourself once you have corrected your mailbox settings.

I consider myself an optimist, albeit an optimist with cynical tendencies and a dark side that Lucifer himself would find a little creepy. (Perhaps you’ve noticed.) You don’t normally associate cynicism with an upbeat pov. But I have exactly that combination and will defend it.

Never has so little had to be explained by me to so many so often.

Super Admin

It's a long shot, but can you log into your email server using IMAP? Then you could copy them back.
