I don't mind testing it for you but will have to be next week/weekend if you can hold out, unless the ash cloud stops me going on hols then I will have plenty of time thiss weekend.

Just to clarify, you want me to play an audiobook stop it in the middle bash out some tunes and then see if the book starts off where I left it right?

I would do the transfers with doubletwist most likely so if you cannot use that app or do not want to let me know.

Edit does the file have to be MB4 format? Or will an MP3 audio book work?  As I believe Saffire is the only app on the market that has MB4 support.

any format will do,  i'll just convert it to the relevent format,  i currently convert most of it from mp3 to m4b anyway, tho, whatever format i use, i'll need a prog to convert multiple files into one big file (easier to manage in the playlists )

i should also have mentioned, i don't mind paying extra for ann app if it does everything i need

no idea what to do now that the new iphone 4g is apparently near release...  i fancy a change, but the current iphone is pretty much bang on for what i use it for,  how much better is the next version gonna be, considering that by all accounts it is a Significant update.....

iPhone prototype apparently found 'in the bogs' of a California bar. Could be an elaborate marketing stunt, or someone nicked a prototype, or etc...

yup, thanks anyway tho   thats where i got the info & it's why i'm undecided about the desire'i really wanna change' i deffinately got the itch, even tho i love the iphone(honestly the best device i've ever had)  i'd still like to try the desire, but money & the lack therof means i gotta stick with the one i pick  so my problem is, do i stick with what i know works for me, or do i take a chance.....

You could take the chance and if you don't like it you could put up with your new sim in the older iPhone until the next upgrade or cheapo comes along.....

My old iphone's a b it battered lol i just ordered a new back for it, tho after looking at youtube vids, i might not bother trying to fit it, looks like a friggin nightmare     that would be a shame tho, as apart from the back being a bit rough, it's imaculate otherwise... 

dont wanna do it myself in case i FcK it up.

Sorry Ogg not had a chance to test the audio thing been away, will get on it this weekend and report back.
