DION freeview DVR..

Elite Donator

Just got one of these from ebay for £35 (inc next day delivery)

250gig HD
Twin Tuner
7 day program guide/instant record/series link etc

Bear in mind, this is the first DVR i've had since the tivo was originaly launched in the uk (ie, pre-freeview) so this Dion might be crap compared to what the cool kids are using Winking

But all in all i'm pretty astonished with it,  i don't watch a great deal of broadcast tv, but due to my sudden need to re-locate Sad   i found i needed a freeview box, & happened to see this on the ebay tesco outlet (no idea if they actually have anything to do with tesco or not) but at £35 delivered, it was only £15 more than i was expecting to pay for a bog standard STB.

It says refurbished in the auction, but mine was brand new, with all box seals intact, & no sign it had ever been opened at all.. (& i'm not usually lucky this way lol)

Like i say,  i don't know a great deal about the state of play on this kind of stuff, but i was impressed with the price/service, so thought it might be usefull to someone..

EDIT= just noticed they have a technika one for a couple of quid more, yet oddly, the dion has 2 scart sockets, against the technika's single scart Confused seems odd...
