Yep, really feel for you, we lost our 19 year old cat on the 24th November and I am still struggling to get over it. Keep looking out the window wondering why he is not asleep under the porch on my daughters play house. (![]()

As you can probably tell, I love my dog, and will be very upset when she dies. I think Julian Clary summed it up when he said about how cruel it is that they only live so long, because you get so attached to having them around. ![]()

Nothing silly about grieving for a pet. They're as much a part of your family as the human members, and unless you're completely cold-hearted you have to go through the grieving process when you lose them.
