Well, while everyone was getting all worked up over SOPA/PIPA, no-one was watching europe. ACTA was signed earlier this week, and it's more damaging, and poorly worded, than SOPA ever was.

So bad, that the guy sent by the EU as Rapporteur, resigned in disgust
