£50 for a haircut? That must be some kind of 'season ticket' type thing is it? ..fist time I read it I thought you were charging £50 for one haircut lol

I like the suggestions so far, some kind of raffle type thing, fill a bucket with tickets pull out an odd number 25% off or 50% off for an even one, or get a load of ping pong balls and write different percentages off and throw in a couple of free haircuts to give folks the possibility of a freebie, like you say you wanna raise some cash but dont wanna be taken advantage of and asking folks to just pay what they want your likely to be out of pocket

That 20p donation was extremely insulting, but I am so glad you raised over £600 overall. Well done.

Put a poster in the window thanking everyone but a massive special thanks to the person who donated 20p. Shame them. Not that they have any shame by the looks of things.
