This Easter Egg applies to the Region 2 of Pirates of the Caribbean,Dead Mans Chest
On Disc 2 Main Menu.Go down to According to Plan and press left twice to bring up an extra leaf top left.press ok to find short film about catering for the film.not the most exciting but its there

you can do that on a few of the options on both discs - all are short films on not very exciting things but there are 3 or 4 i think
