One of the bigger mid-season shows starts tonight in the US. I have no idea what to expect as the premise sounds like Lost meets The 4400. JJ Abrams' involvement is purely as an executive producer, and Sam Neill seems to take any old job for a pay cheque, so it could go either way.
Quietly optimistic, I just hope its better than Person of Interest (snore) and Terra Nova (rofl).

Reminds me of a serious I watched (and enjoyed) while at uni, Brimstone.
Why they couldn't just re-release that!
I remember Brimstone, I had forgotten all about that, I remember it being pretty good as well. Wasn't it one of those shows tucked away late night on Sky 1, I don't remember any of my mates watching it
Was on late 90s so I guess before we used to follow shows being canned etc before they were shown here!
I watched the first one and I'm not sure I can even be bothered to download the second.
The production values are pretty good, but the barrage of cliches and clunky expositional dialogue made it a real slog to get through, almost as bad as Person Of Interest.
I do love me some Parminder Nagra though...

Is that an asian spice??
I didn't even bother to watch the first episode, just didn't fancy it all.
