To say the stadium, which had already given him a standing ovation when he came on, erupted like an Icelandic volcano when he scored, would be understating things.

Dear Wenger, please stop picking Arshavin even as a substitute. He is really pointless.

I don't really really care what Arsene or the medical team say you can pretty well write him off for the season.

If we don't manage to get past Bolton tonight, which is going to be far from easy, you can start planning your Thursday nights now.

I used to be with it, but then they changed what 'it' was.
Now, what I'm with isn't it, and what's 'it' seems weird and scary

In fairness top 5 is going to be tricky to get this season.

Geordies are getting through the difficult patch with out S Taylor for the season, plus Cabaye, Tiote, Ba and Cisse for this period.

Liverpool have tough fixtures coming up, but look like they will get Europa through the League Cup.

With Utd, City out of the FA Cup, unless 3rd and 4th win the cup then there will only be one Europa league about.

Not that most fans would be too fussed if they got to miss out on the Europa league........

It's a funny season, who knows what will happen. I'm still hoping they'll get a good run together and back in the top 4.

If we don't get top 4 I'm really not arsed about Europa league.
Trips to the back of beyond or playing Everest Double glazing's second team with what will be, let's face it, a Carling and under 18 squad. Will be of interest only in the development of those players.

I'm starting to wonder if Arsene is playing the long game in waiting for the FIFA spending restrictions to bite. Other than that under Wee Jimmy Kronke we are heading in the direction of a selling club.
The only signing in Jan was a 19 year old German lad with considerable potential. But potential for what two or three seasons schooling before being flogged at a considerable profit?

Even if we get fourth Arsene will regard that as good as a trophy, the fans wont.

Ditto. Confused

But anyway, I went to the Emirates today, second time I've been this season. Second time I've seen Henry score this season. Happy Happy
