Sadly, with Roy Hodgson that doesn't appear to be a possibility - unless of course he's severely hampered by those nice US gentlemen,,,

I'll give you a prediction for the red top headline when they win their first match.

I used to be with it, but then they changed what 'it' was.
Now, what I'm with isn't it, and what's 'it' seems weird and scary

I'm hoping that Roy Hodgson will get the players wanting to play for Liverpool again and get a top six finish by our own results and not by others failings like last season.

thankfully Torres is having a poor world cup so may well not be courted as much as if he had played a blinder.
Yossi has gone, Mascherano will be next. if Gerrard has been the naughty boy its rumoured then he may nob off abroad.
not very impressed with the names linked with signing for us......Murphy ffs

From the BBC

Quote:
Steven Gerrard aims to continue his England career for the foreseeable future, despite the team's unsuccessful World Cup campaign.

The Liverpool midfielder, who turned 30 in May, pledged to "make amends" for the listless displays in South Africa.

I guess he's not interested in making amends for his s***e displays for Liverpool last season then ?.

According to people who have actually talked to his agent, neither the Agent or Torres have said anything of the sort
