Huge game today goes without saying, we will either play center halfs who are not match fit or 2 young center halfs with no experience of an old firm game, Keane seemingly hasnt trained all week and is doubtful which would leave us with our usual misfiring strikeforce, add that to the nonsense that Mowbray has been putting out in the press about reffing decisions and the pressure on us that we must win this game and if i was a betting man I would go for 1 or 2 nil to the enemy im afraid as I can see us attacking them with no result and being hit on the counter or losing to a set piece. I hope I am wrong as man for man we should be taking them out comfortably.

couldnt have got that one more correct unfortunately, outplayed them as per, missed barrell load of chances, referee under pressure again calls it wrong and rangers score from a set piece to win one nil....unfortunately the ref has given Mowbray his excuse by showing a ridiculous red card and again lafferty cons the ref, how he is not banned i have no clue.
League and season over hopefully next season we will have a manager with half a clue

Any word on what's happening to the twit that was displaying an Argentinian shirt when Simon Weston came onto the pitch?
BTW, FWIW, I agree it wasn't a red.
That Lafferty is an utter cheat, as any AFC supporter can testify.

Mikalunas was hounded out of Scotland, rightly so, for less and yet this cheating scheittebag is left alone. Must be because he comes from the right bit of Ireland then eh
The man is an utter disgrace as is McCoist and Smith. Kamara plays the ball out for a throw and this pair of erseholes scream "Thats a phuqin disgrace" all the while ignoring the fact that Celtic should have been awarded a free kick in the incident that led to the bounce up and Lafferty was still on the pitch.
Aye that pair are a real class act

Dare say he maybe has to watch his back on a night out.
Honest Old firm players have to do that, never mind dishonest ones.
Well the celtic appeal against Scott Browns sending off has been dismissed!!!! This is after the ref and i believe the head ref and one other looked at the incident on tv numerous times. This is just ridiculous and will only serve the minority of celtic fans who believe the powers that be are out to get us, I dont know anyone who thinks this was a sending off and even giving the ref the benefit of the doubt during the game there is no way in the world a sensible and fair assessment of this can be anything but a mistaken decision ![]()

I don't think straight reds can be appealed.
I could be wrong there, but it rings a bell.
So regardless of whether they think it's right or wrong, the rules say it can't be appealed.
Whereas if it was a second yellow, that can be rescinded.
I think....

Now that is just nonsense.
I've seen many a decision go your way over the years, as have other SPL supporters.
The conspiracy theorists should just take it on the chin.

well according to the record celtic did appeal and it was turned down
CELTIC'S appeal against Scott Brown's dismissal during the Old Firm derby defeat on Sunday has been thrown out by the SFA.
Referee Dougie McDonald has backed his original decision to sendoff the Scotland midfielder following a clash with Kyle Lafferty during Celtic's 1-0 defeat at Ibrox.
Brown will now miss a total of three matches through suspension, including Sunday's SPL trip toFalkirk.
With the red card adding 12 points to Brown's disciplinary record, the Celtic skipper will also miss two additional games following his immediate automatic one-match ban.
The 24-year-old, who netted the only goal in Scotland's friendly win over the Czech Republic last night, will sit out SPL games against St Johnstone at Parkhead and St Mirren in Paisley later this month.
A Scottish Football Association statement read: "In accordance with the provisions for claims of wrongful dismissal, the referee, Dougie McDonald, was requested to review the circumstances of Scott Brown's sending off against Rangers.
"The referee has indicated that he is content with his decision."
From the tv footage I watched on Sunday the referee did not have a clear unobstructed view of the incident, several players in the eye-line between him and the incident.
Added to the fact he had his hand in his pocket as he was running to the scene shows he made his mind up without a clear view of the incident and as such the card should have been downgraded to a yellow.
No surprise then that he decided the card stands and then the great Stuart Dougal states he did the right thing.
I hate to quote Septic Bladder again regarding our referees superior but here goes
"If Hugh Dallas is the best referee in Scotland then Scottish fotball is in a terrible state"
The game is bad enough without these fuds adding to our misery
All we need is Brother McCurry to be re-instated as a grade one referee
