Ordered a External Hard Disc from them on 11th July.
They claimed they posted it on 11th July, and now 3 weeks later still no Hard Disc. They took payment on 11th July.
I have emailed them for an update on the order and they keep on telling me the same rubbish about how they posted it on the 11th July. I asked them which courier they used and whether they have a tracking number and they have stopped replying.
Seems to me they are lying about posting it on the 11th July.
There CS used to be great, I think in last 11 years I've used them, nothing has gone missing, or taken too long to arrive. 3 times they've sent wrong item, each time when they received wrong item back from me, they sent correct item and refunded postage.
However recently I ordered some shorts from them, when they arrived, they were the wrong size, size smaller than the ones I ordered so I sent them back, and they've refunded the cost of the shorts, but not the postage, so I emailed them saying I should get the postage refunded. the replied with an email withtypos that for an unwanted returned item the postage is not refundable. So I replied saying that the item wasn't wanted as it was incorrect!
Still waiting to hear back again ![]()
'Replied with an email with typos' sounds about right.
The replies I have been getting from Play have been littered with grammar errors and some of them don't even make any sense.
It's like they have outsourced their 'customer support' to a non English speaking country.
i think they trying to encourage people to phone if they have an issue 0845 800 1020, if you google you can find the actual number so you don't have to pay 0845 rate, sorry I don't have the number to hand.
Yeah, on the couple of occasions something hasn't been delivered I've rung them and then the parcel mysteriously appears a day or two later.

Could someone please
Remove these cutleries
From my knees...
They usually ask you to wait so many days, I've never emailed them though, I always rang them too.
