I used to use this outfit every now and then for DVDs a few years back, but slowly they seemed to become less competitive and my orders went more to Amazon and Play.

Recently though I placed an order for a PC game, which they said was in stock, despatched within 3 days. They showed up as cheapest alongside the Hut on Find Games.

That was 26th September. Since then, they have sent regular emails apologising for the delay in despatching the item.

I've now cancelled and gone to Amazon for a pound more.

Sendit, that's the last time you send it to me.

They are thehut. They also own Zavvi and do the online media retail for a number of major brands.
