have amazon uk gone `jiggly bits` up
posted by jemma on Wednesday, 23rd September 2009, 18:19

has any body sold any thing privately on amazon uk recently?
i ask because even several hours later after confirming despatch, no payment confirmation has been received

the sale appears genuine in that it appears in my amazon seller account

to my mind the contract only exists when money changes hands
i can't refund the customer money not given to me

thanks
jemma

The payment from the buyer isn't taken until you've confirmed dispatch.
