Bought an 8ft trampoline from them on Tuesday, rang customer services today as enclosure netting has two holes in it

As I paid via debit card they traced payment, reserved me an new enclosure and will even re-print me a new till receipt seeming as I can't find the original.

All in the space of 10 minutes

Well impresssed
