I have a long tale of woe about an order with electrosaver.co.uk ..
To summarise, I placed an order on the phone.. Money was taken from account..
Delivery date came and went.
After finding out that they didn't have stock and couldn't be arsed to tell me I cancelled the order and asked for a refund.
Several weeks later and several phone calls and emails and further refund requests, the money still hasn't been put back in my account.
Calling Visa in tomorrow to sort it as I don't want to have the time sucked out of my life going through legal proceedings.
