DVD CONCEPT

Harmless

Hi.I ordered 2 dvds from dvd concept over 4 weeks ago and the items have not arrived yet.I have phoned them on 2 seperate days and have got no reply.My e-mail to them has not been answered.Can anyone confirm if they are still trading?There web-site is still online so i presume they are.Hope somebody can clarify the situation.

While I can't answer that question, can I just say the following:

1) I had never heard of them.
2) They seem horrendously expensive.

I'll just ask, have you been charged for your order yet? It says on they website that they only take payment on despatch. So as long as you haven't been charged, I wouldn't worry too much. Couldn't you get what you wanted via Amazon (or maybe eBay but I barely use them any more)?

I'd check to see if they have taken your money, and if so talk to your CC company.
