How can I email Play?

Does anyone know how to email play.com now or is it not possible? I tried emailing their old address (info@play.com) but was told it was no longer active and their helpdesk is pretty hopeless

Elite

according to their terms and conditions page terms@play.com except my mother tried that and it bounced it as being a send only (this after it processed an order so quickly through the first stage that the cancel button had vanished). There's also a number listed 0845 800 1020 but they seem like a number of sites to be trying to discourage actual communications.

Play have a terrible customer service.

If you have any queries with your order they insist you return the item even if it is something minor like a missing booklet.
