I'm thinking of buying a DSLite from these people and need to know if they are customs friendly

That's a very forthright question, but it'd be foolish for anyone to give you a forthright answer, unless they want DVD Crave to get the old, "Knock knock, it's HMRC!"

The term you're looking for is customs friendly.

In my previous experiences(including a DS Lite ¬_¬), DVDCrave have indeed been customs friendly. Good company to deal with, on the whole.
