Anybody here use Blah! DVD?

Came across their site while I was looking for some HKL movies, and the prices are very good. So, I took the plunge and registered, then ordered 2 HKL films. However, I've not had a "Thanks for joining" e-mail, nor a confirmation of my order. I've contacted them, but I've not yet had a reply. Okay, it was only this morning, but I thought while I'm waiting I'll get your opinions on this site. If you use Blah!, please let me know what your experiences have been. Thanks all!

Erk! Some incredibly diverse opinions! Thanks Matthew66.

I'd still like to know what other people here think. As of yet I've still had no e-mails from them, and yes I have put my e-mail address in properly...

I've only used them once and was really happy; I'll use them again if they have something cheaper than Play or CDWOW, for example.

Competent

Got the £5 voucher for £30 bargains (and 3 titles) but they put Spooks season 2 up now. Some bargains there though to be had...

Thanks very much for all your replies. My calm has been very much enhanced!

It's just a bit strange not getting any e-mail contact with a company when you register/order. The site's now showing that my order has been dispatched, and I've still had no contact.

I always prefer the CD-WOW way of doing things, where you don't have to register or anything, just pop in your details. And funnily enough, consequently I've used them more than any other site.
