Don't know, but I'm wondering what the postie is going to think when he delivers brown envelopes from 'LoveFilm.com'

They still don't have the latest titles which is why I left them and also the fact that they started to give me one film a week. Angry

I have to agree - ever since that postal strike the service has gone right down the pan. I was prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt, but now I've lost patience.

Shame - I've been with them for nearly a year Sad

I signed up to Dvd'sontap and their free trial.Stand up comedy is something I only want to rent so I went for it.A few days after I thought I might as well add some watch once stuff.Legally Blonde 2 and a couple of others which were in the shops to buy were listed as being available in January. So I decided to cancel. The cancellation process was amusing as you went from page to page with them offering extended free trials until you actually got to cancel. My second disc went back on 17/12/03,my first payment was due on the 20th.Despite them knowing I had cancelled they took the payment anyway.I am now trying to get it back.
Will try renting again soon, but not with this lot

I signed up with them the week before Xmas and am already on my fourth rental - I've had zero problems with them even with the crummy postal service this time of year... although if I was going with them for the new stuff I would never have signed up, but I'm using them to view all of those B-movies put out by companies like Hollywood and Prism.

I received three discs in December as opposed to the (at least) eight I used to get pre-postal dispute (two per week - post on Monday and Thursday, receive on Wednesday and Saturday).

Three

That's £3.33 per disc - hell, I might as well go to Blockbuster Angry

Think I'm gonna send them a stiff e-mail...

Harmless

I also have received a very poor service over the last two months. I used to be a very happy punter....but no more Sad I fee the level of customer service is a disgrace. They dont reply to any of my emails and as you know you cannot contact them by phone (strange that).

Currently I have been waiting over a week for them to send me my next 2 DVDs, what a waste of money. I will certainly be cancelling my membership this month and looking for a better site.

I also agree that the new name is crap.
