Took weeks of Emails to get a refund for their mistakes, when it came I took the vouchers, which did not work. They have not responded to my Emails (non offensive)since.
As it was under £10.00 I have written the money off as lost. I now have Mailwasher set up to bounce their adverts.
No matter how good an offer it is, I won't risk using them again.

Everything I have ordered from them has arrived, OK, not the fastest delivery but all HAVE arrived.

Only order from them when the item is a bargain.

Downside is they debit your card at time of order, not at dispatch time.

The only order I had to cancel because they couldnt' get stock in time (was for a xmas pressie last year) there was no problem in obtaining a refund.

Prices, when you spot a real bargain, 10/10

Seems to me that they seriously need to get more staff...
I have placed an order of EIGHT items in the past week, i have had emails telling me that 7 of these are out of stock and will need to be ordered in from their suppliers Its XMAS in three weeks...
No one answers my emails, their SPLASHBACK promotion doesn't work (I signed up to a few sites and i have received bugga all from Splash as a reward), the one DVD that WAS in stock, has not arrived (its been well over a week now, meant to be 3-5 days?!).
To be honest, i think i'll stick with PLAY.COM, as they arrive within days, AND their prices are all coming down! woo

Site updating 3/10 (according to one of the dvd descriptions, it was released in 1901?!), some links do not work, voucher codes incorrect, competition application pages come as 404NOT FOUND when u enter info..... need i go on? )

I agree with most of the above, I've used them about a dozen times, and always based on price. I no longer expect a speedy delivery, but then I was only interested in the price anyway.

Never received an reply to any emails sent, but I recently preordered B5 - Series 3 boxset and added 'my left foot' to reach the magic £40 to get £10 off. 'My left foot' arrived 10 days later, the release date for the boxset came and went. After another week and still no sign of dispatch (even though the website said it was in stock), I wrote to them and asked about the second part of my order. I didn't receive an emailed responce, but I arrived at work to find a dispatch notice in my inbox.

Now waiting for 3 kiddies DVD's for Christmas which are 'out of stock' . I will use them again, but not for anything I need in a hurry. You pays your price, you takes your choice

I dont think you can argue with some of the prices they charge but if you value quick delivery and good customer service over price then I would avoid these. I've had 2 CD's go missing after dispatch but these were both replaced. I myself always look at the price first and the delivery time isn't of great importance as long as they do arrive.

I've ordered two things from them. Both were cancelled after a few weeks as they couldn't get stock, though that didn't stop them from taking my money first (it was eventually refunded).

I don't bother with them any more.

Ordered a couple of things, prices were pretty good, delivery faster than some of the Canadian firms I've used but not really up to the standard of UK firms.

Never really had to use their customer service before.

Have to reiterate the point made about the competition, I entered all my details then clicked send, only to be given a 404 error.

I wonder whether it's just a ploy to get your details but not enter you in the competition?

Ive ordered from them loads of times before. I mainly use them cos they are cheap. Their customer service is quite crap. There is absolutely no reason for this no matter how cheap they are. Like acid and other toxic substances, USE WITH EXTREME CAUTION.

Slow delivery,but items did turn up after a couple of weeks.

Ordering more than a couple of disc's at a time seems to confuse them.

Only order if it is at a price that well beats Play or CD wow's.( it ain't worth a 50 p saving)

Vouchers and promotions are suspect.

thats it.
