My patience has finally snapped with Spl*sh. I've had a couple of orders from them which were - shall we say - tardy. In their favour, they did get me one title which was in the process of going out of print. I gave them another order on 16 May which they took the payment for on the 19th and I haven't heard a dicky-bird since.

I can no longer recommend them to anybody - and that's as vitriolic as I can legally be.

Where is my CD?
WHY have you taken money from my account when you do not have stock?

Once again I am writing to express my absolute displeasure with your utterly
crap level of service.
You have taken money from my account a month ago for a CD which I am still
waiting for in this intervening period you have made no attempt to inform me

this on one such forum and intend to warn other would be purchasers to steer

I have recently ordered and received two DVDs via the internet from Florida
the time between ordering and receiving the goods was less than SIX f*cking
days.
Can't you get you act together!

Either credit my account or send me the goods by no later than wednesday
25th june or I will seek legal advice.

Are you seeking legal advice?

Asda are doing it for £8.97 - cheaper and no danger of never receiving it. Wonder if anyone has EVER had anything good to say about Splash. Thanks to you guys I've never used them, which seems to have been a good move.

I am still waiting for two separate parts of DVD orders made in March 2003.

Likewise still awaiting replies to my emails!

I shalln't be using them again....

Still not replied to any correspondence, but they've sent me promotional material - do yourselves a favour...

Although not 'Harry Potter', my money was still snatched 2 weeks ago. Emails requesting an explanations are 'lost in transit' I've pasted in the important part of my order for all to see and judge for them selves, and the email sent. Their reply you might ask, I don't have it to show lt a lone read my self.

Would some one please tell me why the description page says despatched in 5 to 7 days, for a book available from 6 weeks ago, that was paid for on 8Th July. Surely I should have the book read from cover to cover by now?

Seriously, as I said before you have an image problem on many forums.
