Harmless

G'day Elephant,
Seriously, Customs don't hand the VAT, Import duty and handleing charges to Play. These monies go to the Chancelor. It's a consequence of paying more than £18. Try ordering from companies that ship from the UK, some do (I don't know why, Interdvd?).

Best wishes

ive never had problems with play over the many years ive bought from them. anyway it wasnt an astronomical amount i got charged, but £12 was still quite a lot.
