I'll not bother linking....oh here.
Installed it yesterday and had some trouble with the Nvidia driver. It installed but then refused to boot into the OS after putting the new driver on. Tried it again today and everything went swimmingly, so I dunno what happened. So far really enjoying it, but I notice it's still using old GRUB and I think no Plymouth either. However it boots quickly, works well, and Gnome 3 is lovely.
See how I go for a while. ![]()
saw it was out, had a look at a few articles, and screen shots, thought it looked nice, but didn't even bother downloading it.

Yes I've heard some mixed things about the new MSGE. Looks OK, but I think the changes the Pinguy developer is making are more interesting personally.
Well I'm not really so much into distro hopping these days as I am DE hopping! I really like Unity, but Gnome 3 Shell keeps pulling me back, and openSUSE runs it really nicely. I installed it on Ubuntu 11.10, but somehow, and I don't know why, but it's not the same there. Feels like an afterthought, which I suppose is inevitable considering they are pursuing Unity now.
Still, very pleased that 12.1 is working so well in spite of initial concerns.
