Okay, not exactly by any means, this is (I think) a meta analysis using various studies on much older technology which had far higher radiation output and was used for about 30 mins a day (if my memory of what I heard on the radio before I fell asleep last night is any good).
It's also only Category 2B, which is basically roughly translated as, "there is a chance it can cause cancer but we don't actually know for sure, we should probably do more research".
If you worried about Cat2B carcinogens you'd probably never get through the day the amount you come into contact with.

My first real use mobile was a Sony CMR-333 "mars bar", think I was about 19 or 20 when I bought it. Always had a phone since then and had one of the first GSM flip phones too when there were only about 4 cities in the country you could make a call from.
I've always used my phones reasonably heavily.
