Right, the bloke I work with wants to watch India v Pakistan on his i-phone. I have found various feeds. But they need flash. Thus he is ****ed. Any ideas?

Unless there is some app for that, or its on Sky and he has the subscription that allows him to play it remotely, I don't think he can.

The iPhone rather famously does not support flash.
The only way he can watch is to subscribe to the Sky Sports TV App. Even then he'll need a bloody good 3G signal or wifi where yr at.
http://www.tvcatchup.com/ will allow you to stream all the freeview channels over 3g or wifi. You register on the iphone and save the link to your homescreen like an app. I'm not sure what channel the cricket is normally on though.
