Scart to HDMI

I need to connect a Sky box and an old VHS/DVD player to a new TV which only has one scart socket.
Is scart to HDMI possible or is a scart splitter the best option.

You could connect the VHS?DVD player to the second SCART on the Sky box and it will do passthrough although not in RGB IIRC.
