The iPhone 4 is supposed to have better battery life, and the firmware updates may have improved it. But the thing I'm sure makes the most difference is letting it run all the way down a few times so the calibration is accurate.

Isn't the latest firmware supposed to have finally fixed things on a 3GS anyway?

(Get Flight Control! 59p bargain! I play it more than Angry Birds)

That flight control is quite good fun, downloaded it last night.
I get to around 45 landings and it all gets messy.

To think, at one point, I actually wanted to be an air traffic controller too. Grinning

It's addictive, 78 is my best, unless I completely fail to notice a collision coming up I can usually keep calm till about 60.

The achievement where you keep a plain in the air for 2 minutes sounds simple until you try it, likewise having 20 in the air at one time. Best I can manage is 14. Confused

Checked the scoreboards? People are in the thousands, I mean how!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????

88 is my best.  Had to stop playing it though as I nearly threw my phone across the room.

Is Flight Control as good as Harbour Master?  Sounds similar.

Probably the same sort of game. Tbh I'd pay 59p just for the music in Flight Control.

Just seen this news/rumour:
www.engadget.com/2010/11/08/ios-4-2-bringing-speed-improvements-to-iphone-3g/

Lets hope it's true for all the 3G running users.
