Competent

I had an email from aol last week saying that my line was updated to maxdsl, but i thought you only got maxdsl with the platinum pack and i'm on silver. Since this has happened i have been getting less than half meg downloads, from the usual rock solid 1 meg i used to get. i've phoned aol and they are saying its a bt issue and have esculated it to them. I thought that surely having a restricted upto 1 meg service and maxdsl will conflict with each other, and that would be the problem.

any thoughts on the subject most grateful
adam
