Mpeg cutter/joiner recommendations

Have been using the trial version of Tmpgenc recently, a program I used to hate due to synch errors etc, but I have to say it did me proud the last month.

Now the Mpeg 2 trial has run out, and TBH all I really use it for is to join Mpeg 2 files together.
I don't use it for all it's other encoding capabilities as I very rarely need them, which means I'm kinda loathed to pay for a proggie that I'm only gonna use one feature on!

Any other recommendations of either cheap or freebie software to do the trick?
(other than trial/demo's unless they are in the "cheap" software category Grinning)

Cheers peeps!

Well dodgy site. Link will be removed I imagine...
Java popped up and Firefox stopped it installing something.

Same here, glad I use Firefox too. A little warning would have been nice, I only opened it because I was being nosy!
