Webcam hardware recommendations?

Hi, I'm after a decent webcam for MSN Messenger & creating video emails...needs to have a built-in microphone, come with the relevant software and have the ability to sit/clip on a TFT screen...I've seen the Logitech Quickcam Pro 4000 which looks really good but it's a bit pricey...

Any suggestions?

thanks

I am using the webcam you mentioned and it is excellent. Also the person/people at "the other end" say the picture quality looks superb. Highly recommended.

Mostly Harmless

I'm using a Sony EyeToy I got from Argos for £14.99 and the quality is brilliant.
Just google it for drivers.
