I quite like that song in fairness.

I also like the Dead Weather aswell. You can see the Jack White influence in the band, but seen as he barely does any vocal work (main vocals on one, backing vocals on 1/2) and is mainly on the drums (all except one), it's probably as different as you can get from the White Stripes and Racontuers in fairness from his point of view.

My car made me miss Dead Weather gig last week aswell, which also cost me the 3 other tickets aswell, as it was my fault everyone missed Angry

Been listening to the live show from the France show (where they were billed as Les Petis Pous, hence the original name rumour), looking forward to seeing them live.

Think it's one of those albums that'll be really good live.

Unsuprisingly the sound is kind of a cross between the respective parts, but leans more towards Queens of Stone/Zeppelin, rather than Foos.

Looking forward to the gig in December.

Hoping Josh Homme may appear with Eagles of Death Metal either at the Arctics this week, or at gig 2weeks before Them Crooked Vultures start touring.

Grohl will be off doing a couple of Foo's gigs, so although he Josh Homme is only on the album and doesn't do tours, I suppose there's outside chance he'll turn up.

Which concert are you going to Mills?

Im really looking forward to seeing them - just hope the album lives up to the hype. At least reviews from friends who have seen them on this tour are all very positive Happy

Still no news on any Foos gigs but have been told Homme may do the Artics gigs. EODM will be the usual 'whoever turns up on the day' I guess!

I think Foos are no go now, can still hold hope for Glastonbury headliners though,as that ticket is sorted Grinning

Didn't make myself clear before, EODM are supporting Arctics, which is why I've got a feeling he may appear, due to the obvious links with both and the fact that Grohl is doing the MTV awards/ best of promotional stuff.

For the Vultures I'm going to the Blackpool gig, the NY trip never worked out an the horrendous luck I've had since then has meant calling it off was good decision otherwise I'd be claiming for bankruptcy now!
