hope your running the MAD flag
righto, here's where i'm upto, i'm gonna re-comission my gaming pc today or tommorrow, & i'll play through the single player to see how well it runs on my fairly old spec (3ghz core duo + Nvidia 8800gt OC edition) if it plays fairly nicely, then i'll buy the game at retail & order a server
also, have a mooch here & meet some of the old school MAD's, theres at least 1 or 2 that got the pc version

Have popped in to have a look around. Will post to say hello when I can. Have to say that the multiplayer, in all its forms, is getting very addictive!..even getting splatted playing against the practise bots

Alan, do you mind if i ask what spec your pc is ? cos black ops is running really badly on my mgaming machine 
have installed the update patch & am running newest gfx drivers, but it's still crapp
3.2ghz core duo
8800gt Amp GFX (oldish card, but runs medal of honour near max settings)
2gig ddr2

All copied and pasted from the Mesh website.....runs absolutely fine on it.....you may need to double up on RAM (?)

still running xp, so the max ram is 3gig (32bit) my system is quite a bit above the "quoted" minimum spec, but i can't even play it at 800x600 res
glad i decided to try it out before actually buying it lol...

Always a good move! 
Only got this Windows7 machine a few weeks back (upgraded from Win98 ) so I'm just enjoying the relatively new experience of being able to buy the latest games and running them on full resolutions
but..as for the game, I've not really touched the single player yet as Im having too much fun with the online stuff, which doesn't seem to have any of the issues those with consoles are experiencing (ceratinly with the hanging anyway...can't say there's been much 'cheating' going on either).
