Yea, I agree. They look good so far, just couldn't be bothered to play them last night, kept getting blown up playing domination, and having to wait to respawn bugs me...

Ah do you only get the new maps on certain level types at the moment?

I was just doing free-for-all and team deathmatch last night, but basically as I only got both map packs last night (cheers Miles) I don't know which ones are "new" and which ones are "old".

Kept on getting the bloody ones I got bored of months ago

You need to go to the bottom of the game type menu and select resurgence.

Did wonder why you'd just spent out on a load of new maps, and were playing the old ones tbh...

okies... had several games on the new maps.

personally, i think these are better than the maps in the stimulus
package. carnival is ace, loads of different hiding places and tunnels
and stuff.

Played a couple of them so far, definitely don't like "Fuel". Way too big for only 12 players.

tried to join Ste's invite last night, but it wouldn't let me in

I've had a quick few blasts so far on the new games, but it's hard to judge them as I don't like the gametypes you've got to play it with :s

I'm assuming the idea is to make people play these kind of modes more?

I'd just come off playing MW2 for a couple of hours before when I got your invites Og.

I'm dead rusty on the game after not playing for so long though.  Have been struggling to know the actual aim of some of the games also, as the scoring doesn't seem to with what I think.  Plus people on my teams seem to resort to ludicrous tactics also

I'm actually getting quite bored of this game now.
I've got to the stage of being able to prestige again, but I can't be arsed.

I tried two games this afternoon and just had a load of kids shouting out constantly and camping all over the place, so went back to Red Dead Redemption.

I thought the new maps might renew my interest in it, but that hasn't happened
