That made me curious, so I had a look at the customs tariff.
The chapter is certainly a minefield, going on for page after page with umpteen sub-divisions depending on spec.
But, bottom line, it's a flat rate of 14% for everything TV related, regardless of what it is/what it does.
Yes you are right it does look like TVs are already 14%, higher than video playback devices. However if you can smoke it, then it goes up! Happy
