help with two coded dvd

Mostly Harmless

bought pulp fiction from australian site coded 4,2 but wont play on my region 2 player.
e-mailed company and they replied saying it should play on region 2.
i have a sony davs 300 is there a way of making this work.

I think they made a cock-up! The Australian Pulp Fiction is R4 *only* and will not play on a R2 player.

The only way you'll be able to play it is to get your player chipped.
