looking to buy i digital camera for £100 or under.What is thes best one i can get for that price?
any recommendations?

Competent

The Panasonic Lumix dmc ls1 is only £100 in kelkoo.co.uk with a 4 megapixel sensor and 3x optical zoom. Panasonic products rarely dissapoint (Most of my gadgets are panny products). If you want something a bit cheaper, the following brands should be avoided like the plague:

Mustek and Goodmans
